Banana-Peach Shake

Banana-Peach Shake

Serving Size : 3

1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 medium)
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup peach nectar

Spoon mashed bananas into ice-cube trays. Freeze about 2 hours or until
frozen; transfer frozen banana cubes to freezer bags to store, if
desired. Place frozen bananas, milk and peach nectar in blender. Cover
and blend on high speed about 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve
immediately over ice cubes.
