Hypnosis Therapy, anyone has tried it yet in Life?

Has anyone tried hypnosis therapy yet in life? I have and my T is always making me fall asleep during sessions and doing therapy during my sleep myself. I love it so far personally.

I have more than tried it, I am trained in it...Therefore, I didn't "try" it (which presupposes the possibility of failure) I did it.

I once tried to learn self-hypnosis, but I failed miserably because you needed a deep concentration and I failed to concentrate. I have never been hypnotized, however, I would like to try this.

What types of things does your therapist explore during those sessions? Does she take you back to infancy at all? I've always been curious about that. I have memories of when I was a toddler and even before I could speak so I would be curious what I could remember if I were to go under hypnosis.

She mainly talks in a soothing way, but since changing therapist, he doesn’t do that anymore with me.

I think hypnosis is more than talking "in a soothing way." Hypnosis is a method where your therapist will take you into a trance-like state and try to uncover the deep-rooted emotions, feelings, and thoughts to find a way to cure you.
