Light Box Therapy, anyone does it?

I have bought a light box therapy lamp for my SAD with my disability insurance and it’s been working wonders with me. Do you have one yourself personally?

I've actually thought this was quite interesting. I don't do it myself, but my mother bought a lamp that emits Vitamin D when it is winter so it gives you what you need when the sun is barely out. People in Maine are very susceptible to SAD because the winters are very long. As I am sure this happens with others in colder climates.
