Living With Bipolar

Bipolar is not an easy illness to deal with , If you don't have the right medicines to help and the right therapist, and it can not help your life. I have been dealing with bipolar for 6 yrs, i have to take heavy medication bc you also have mood disorders with it, You have to do what you call a cocktail with the medicines until you get the right ones with your chemistry and also it is genetic which means it runs in your family but it doesn't mean you will get it. The only reason i got it i got stressed out in life and it rose up
