Overeating

Does anyone have a problem overeating? Eating wether your hungry or not? Drinking to much coffee, just because? How did you get yourself set free from it. I think overeating on my part is mental. I know it can be physical. I wasn't overweight until my middle 40's. A little chunky in middle school. Just right in high school. I have a cursed sweet tooth and want to it more at night when I relax. Does anyone here have this problem? Thank you!

Right now i do, with Corona virus, it has been a problem but, i have a nutriontist helping me out, and she said it is anxiety, bordom , depression and more, it is alot of mental and physical attributes, you are not alone right now, I am keeping also a journal as to what i get bloaded with not bloaded so it helps me to understand my body and what it deals with, i also can't have preservatives everything i eat has to be all natural or i get acid refluxed, you are not cursed, we just have a sweet tooth. I don't drink caffeine bc of my meds, i actually drink Juicy Juice and it is all natural as well and Herbal teas as well. I am 50 and from my understanding once this has calmed down, i will be at my same routine as before and i just had my bike fixed, I found this new video and it is really fun, www.bodygroove.com i use this and sit doing this, it is dance and yoga and the lady who made this has a whole story behind it. You DON'T have to buy it right away bc she does have stream videos that are samples, you just have to click on top. You will be fine. if you ever need to talk let me know. I am a message away.

Yeah me too, I find evenings are the worse for me too. Like you said the COVID Pandemic hasn't helped and there will be a lot pf people exactly the same as us.

I've always been into health but one thing I struggled with was sweets. My tips may not help, it all depends on where you want to go. For one thing, sugar is a GMO & I don't want to support Monsanto. Organic sugar is better but sugar still can cause dis ease in the body. There are alternatives. Stevia, monkfruit are ones we like. They don't raise your blood sugar or cravings & monk fruit actually is good for us! You have to get used to the taste & retrain your mind & body but if you wanted to, start slow. Slowly incorporate the alternatives.

When I was in my teens, I had this problem. However, I did not know it was some kind of disorder, even my parents did not know I had some kind of disorder. They thought I was growing faster, therefore, I was eating a lot. However, by the time I graduated from high school, the disorder was gone.

So, what happened when you stopped eating much about your high school days? Did your growth hormone abandoned you and simply stunted in rapid growth?
