This is funny! I just responded to the Coping with Depression about Social Media. People need the touch, the connections you can ONLY get from face to face.
 
The Discovery of fire was the beginning of human civilization, however, fire has also caused a lot of harm to human civilization. The question is not about what it is but how you use it. If you use social media responsibly, it can cure your depression, stress, and anxiety.
 
I'm glad the article listed not only cons of social media but also the pros. I see a lot of my former students who have high anxiety and depression get worse because someone said something they disagreed with on social media. I'm not sure why it mattered so much why someone else's opinion or viewpoint can be a cause of a breakdown.
 
I have been using social sites since 2009. I have benefited a lot from using social platforms. Well, I understand social media platforms have a lot of disadvantages, however, you can benefit more if you know how to use them.
