I know we all want to have a goal for the day, some of us want 2,3 goals, why not just make it 1 goal for the day if you can.


Today i made my goal, riding my bike

it doesn't have to be a big goal, maybe taking a nap, doing some art, taking a bath or shower, something to help you out for the day, playing a game , reading your favorite book, 2v2EcPh4NxZ7QeF[1].png
 
I am going to try my work out in my chair and ride my bike around the neighbor hood 2 times it gets to be much sitting in the house
 
My goal is to get outside daily even if it's cold, dreary when colder weather comes.
