Amish Meat Loaf Pie

2 lb. ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup milk
3 eggs
1/4 cup oatmeal
Onion, to taste
Mix ingredients.
Divide and pat into 2 pie plates.
Top with sauce.
Sauce:
2/3 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
4 tablespoons brown sugar
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Top with mashed potatoes and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake until heated.
