Amish Mid-Summer Salad
Makes 10-12 servingsPrep Time: 20-30 minutes
Chilling Time: 2-3 hours, or overnight
1 quart cubed cucumbers
1 quart cubed tomatoes
½ quart chopped onions
Italian dressing
1. Combine all vegetables in a large bowl.
2. Pour Italian dressing over vegetables and stir to coat.
3. Cover. Refrigerate 2-3 hours, or overnight, before serving.
