BAKED BROCCOLI
2 bunches of broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 package imitation crab meat
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Cut broccoli into bite size pieces then parboil slightly until
crunchy. Layer broccoli, soup, crab, cheddar, Monterey jack and
mozzarella in rectangular baking dish. Bake at 325 until cheese
melts.
