Baking a cake

The last time I tried to make one, a lot of things went wrong. For now, I have decided to depend upon other sources when I feel a temptation to eat one. The mix was somewhat erratic that it didn't do well in the oven. So was the icing. It never works for me.

These days it is difficult to go out, especially to the stores. There is either too much crowd or a lot of restriction.

I've learned that with baking you need to be careful of how much flour you put in. I'm not very good at baking either but if I'm a bit strict on the flour it tends to rise better. That's just me though...!
