The snows melted now but its still cold.

My joints are driving me nuts I was ages getting out of bed this morning with my arm and back.
Having my toe nails cut this afternoon the lady who come's Gillian does a great job.

Good afternoon, forum. I've not been up to a lot today.. then again, I woke up only two hours ago. I plan on cleaning the kitchen after I have my appointment with my psychiatrist in a bit.
