CRUNCHY SNOW PEAS AND DIP

4 to 5 doz. fresh snow peas
1 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 1/2 tsp. beef bouillon granules
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 Tbsp. chopped green onion

Trim ends from snow peas. Place snow peas in a steaming basket. Plunge into boiling water and remove immediately. Place peas in a bowl of ice water to cool quickly. Remove from water and refrigerate. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, bouillon granules, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Stir in water chestnuts, pimiento and green onions. Chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve with snow peas. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
