GOLDEN GARLIC MUSHROOM POTATOES

GOLDEN GARLIC MUSHROOM POTATOES

Printed from COOKS.COM

2 cups instant potatoes
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 1/3 cup water
1 cup milk (I use whole for flavor)
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder (or to your liking)

In medium pot boil water, soup, and butter. Once at a boiling point remove from heat. Add milk, stir. Then quickly add two cups of instant potatoes and garlic powder. Stir til smooth, cool and enjoy!

This is also good if you want to substitute the golden mushroom soup and garlic with garlic cream of mushroom soup (a personal favorite topper for Shepherd's pie!)

Serves 4 to 6.
