We are searching for a good one here in the UK for my daughter we have to pay and they are expensive.
I know how you feel, i used to pay by credit card bc of insurance, now i have to pay out of pocket, It can be over $100 dollars, i don't know the exchange is for the UK though. You will find one , sometimes they can work with you on payment if you ask, you just have to ask.
