1 cup uncooked long grain white rice
1 can (10.5 ounce size) condensed French onion soup
1 can (10.5 ounce size) beef broth
1/2 cup cold butter, thinly sliced
directions
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

Combine the rice, French onion soup, and beef broth and place in a 9x9 baking dish. Top the rice mixture with the sliced butter.

Cover the baking dish with foil and place in the oven. Bake at 425 degrees F for 30 minutes. Remove the foil, gently stir the rice and continue to bake for 30 more minutes or until the rice has absorbed the liquid and is tender.
