• 1 whole chicken, cut up and seasoned with salt and pepper

• 1 C. rice, uncooked

• 1 can Campbells golden mushroom soup

• 11/2 can water (use the mushroom soup can)

• 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix

Directions



Brown the

chicken

in hot oil set aside. In a 9x13-inch casserole dish, mix the rice, golden mushroom soup, 11/2 can of

water

and the onion soup mix. place the chicken on top and bake uncovered in the oven at 350 degrees for an hour and a half. Serve with a vegetable. Enjoy.
